Overview
Each selectable rhythm has at least four curated twelve-lead variants. Use the Variant selector or Next variant to change the electrical teaching projection while retaining the rhythm, rate and current hemodynamic state.
Use Morphology in the twelve-lead toolbar for bundle branch blocks, fascicular blocks, ST depression and anterior T-wave examples. Follow Condition restores the disease-linked finding. A manual choice changes the twelve-lead example without changing telemetry or hemodynamics.
With Monomorphic Ventricular Tachycardia selected under Clinical Controls → Baseline Vitals → Rhythm, Variant also offers right and left ventricular outflow tract patterns, plus left posterior and left anterior fascicular patterns. Compare the frontal axis, V1 shape and precordial transition. Morphology alone does not prove the origin or establish an idiopathic diagnosis.
Pause and open Interpretation after changing a variant. The read and highlighted ECG features follow the selected example.
