Overview
Filling pressure sets the scenario’s baseline wedge target over the 0–60 mmHg teaching-control range. It also shifts RA pressure, RVEDP and LVEDP according to the model, and lower filling can reduce forward flow.
Rate, rhythm, BP/resistance and interventions then modify the scenario. The pressure table measures the resulting waveform over 48 modeled beats, including respiratory pressure variation. Its mean is not simply the slider value or a single end-expiratory point.
Open Filling-pressure target beside the slider to compare the baseline target, adjusted model value and table wedge mean. The range is an illustrative control, not a universal safe or achievable clinical limit.
