Overview
The special simultaneous femoral tracing is available with severe aortic stenosis in the LV pullback section. It illustrates the catheter-related hemodynamic teaching comparison alongside the ventricular/aortic signals.
Enable Carabello sign, then Record pullback. A blue femoral trace, before/after peak markers and a shaded withdrawal segment identify the change at 6 seconds. This optional critical-AS example is unavailable for mild/moderate AS or absent native ejection.
