Overview
The guided simulator tour is an intermediate next step after Foundations. It retains its severe aortic-stenosis opening and continues through aortic and mitral regurgitation, tamponade and cardiogenic shock. Watch a Carabello pullback, the MR v wave, twelve-lead ECG interpretation, Levophed/dobutamine followed by ECMO, and synchronized ECG/Wiggers/pressure-volume inspection.
The tutorial uses the same desktop drawers or mobile sheets as the Lab and clears the previous disease when moving to a new example. Start explicitly; Pause tour stops the demonstration, while the simulator Pause button freezes the patient. Resume replays the current step from its starting state. Each completed step waits for Next. Use Back, Skip or the chapter selector to navigate. Tutorial recordings use a six-second window.
Click or touch the simulator to take over temporarily. Take control or Escape ends the demonstration and keeps the current physiology available to explore. Tutorial settings are separate from another open Lab page; restarting a step restores its prepared scene. No API key is required.
