Overview
Enable LV / Ao pullback in Traces. It models the LV-to-aorta pressure relationship and shows LV filling pressure as well as systolic gradients.
The chosen disease changes its shape and gradient. Balloon support and other interventions also feed the pullback model. Pause to inspect the labeled events and the selected-state explanation.
Special controls become available for the relevant teaching conditions: a PVC response in AS/HOCM and a simultaneous femoral comparison in severe AS.
