Waveforms & measurements

Where is LVEDP shown, and why is it different from LV Dia?

LVEDP is listed separately in the summary and identified on the pullback.

Overview

Use the LVEDP metric in the hemodynamic summary or the LVEDP annotation in the LV/Ao pullback. It refers to the modeled pressure at end diastole.

The LV row’s Dia column is the waveform minimum over the sampled beats. It can be much lower than LVEDP because relaxation and end-diastolic filling are different moments.

The model changes LVEDP with the chosen disease, loading and intervention state. Use the Filling-pressure target help to understand a difference between a baseline target and the final tracing.
