Overview
Help does not call GPT and does not consume OpenAI API credits. It searches the written help library. The normal site request contains the query in the URL, which can appear in browser history and ordinary hosting logs.
Use general educational questions rather than identifiable patient information or secrets. The disconnected case-entry field is a separate draft and does not submit its contents.
This answer describes the implemented search behavior; it is not a claim that the hosting platform has no operational logging.
