Overview
A normal entry opens the welcome. Full-Lab links using ?lab=1 and existing case links using cases=1 or supported hash controls bypass it. Foundations prepares normal baseline for each activity. Existing direct teaching workflows can therefore open the intended simulator view without adding a hidden state.
Use Reset for the default untreated state. Choosing Preserved within the hemodynamic category is not equivalent to clearing every valve, myocardial, pericardial or shunt selection; Reset is the complete baseline action.
