Overview
Wiggers automatically includes LV and RV pressures. A dotted respiratory endpoint overlays the selected phase; the PV panel adds the matching dotted loop and reports both ventricular stroke volumes. LV/RV switches the displayed chamber.
Spontaneous inspiration increases RV filling while reducing LV filling. The large ASD example buffers this volume exchange. Positive-pressure ventilation changes the response; hover or touch the explanatory controls for context.
Contours stay stable within each heartbeat. Pause and select Respiration to compare endpoints or mean loading. Volumes and response magnitudes are illustrative; the mean cardiac output remains the simulator circulation solution.
