Overview
The IABP timing selector changes inflation relative to the modeled aortic-valve closure feature. On-time, early and late choices produce different augmented contours and hemodynamic effects.
Pause with the pump active to read the timing explanation. The early example illustrates an adverse systolic loading interaction; the late example reduces the intended diastolic augmentation interval.
Use Ao, Ao+ and IAB together. The program demonstrates inflation timing; it is not a full balloon-console simulator with every trigger or deflation setting.
