Overview
The intervention drawer can display Dangerous-use demonstration, and the hemodynamic summary can display a bold red instability warning. Critical modeled deterioration can also trigger the large step-away warning.
Dangerous options remain selectable for teaching. The warning is intended to draw attention to the response; it does not mean the software prevented the action.
Known examples include AV-nodal drugs with pre-excited AF, selected preload/rate-reducing treatments in tamponade, and IABP with significant aortic regurgitation. This is not a complete clinical interaction checker. Absence of a warning is not proof of safety.
