Open Interventions → Mechanical support. Choose Off, 2 L/min, 3.5 L/min, 5 L/min. Effect levels and flow targets represent illustrative modeled responses; they are not clinical dose instructions.
Continuous LV-to-aorta flow unloads the LV; systemic flow includes native ejection and pump support.
The paused reference covers the route (Surgical arterial access, often through an axillary graft; catheter crosses the aortic valve.), example doses/settings, indications, adverse effects, contraindications/precautions and monitoring. These details are available after the intervention is selected.
What to monitor in the reference: Position, filling, flow, arterial pressure, rhythm, limb perfusion, hemolysis and anticoagulation.
