Rhythms
All selectable rhythms and their modeled behavior.
Ventricular Bigeminy
An early, weaker ventricular beat alternates with a compensatory pause and a stronger beat. Atrial activity continues independently of the PVC.
Ventricular Fibrillation
Chaotic electrical activity without identifiable QRS complexes or an organized pulse. Pressure traces show a schematic late-arrest baseline of 10 mmHg, not a measured patient value or an onset transition.
Ventricular Pacing (VVI)
Illustrative RV pacing with a visible stimulus before each broad captured QRS and discordant T wave. Independent atria at 83 bpm can produce cannon a waves and reduced AV synchrony. Full capture is assumed; sensing/capture failure is not modeled. CRT is a separate rhythm option.
Ventricular Trigeminy
Two sinus beats followed by an early, wide PVC, then a compensatory pause. Every third ventricular beat is ectopic.
